Google’s ambition is to run on entirely carbon-free energy for its data centers and offices by 2030. But talk is cheap. So as a first foray to its commitment, construction began at 237 Moffett Park Drive, a sustainable workplace for Google Cloud employees that generates more energy than it uses. HUGE was invited to create five dynamic installations that pay tribute to the history of Silicon Valley computing, showcase the company’s dedication to sustainability, and champions connection throughout the space.
